Still trying to figure out what Cloverfield and the J.J. Abrams project is?  Start here!

Note: The sites regarding Ethan Haas are part of a separate unrelated marketing campaign, the 1-18-08 is an official Cloverfield site. See why...

The original post follows:

If you are up to speed, let’s start with the question that has been bothering me.  What does the writing at Ethan Haas Was Wrong mean? Apparently it is Sanskrit and it translates to the following:

“Are they attempting to scare us into belief?

Ethan Haas would try to strike fear in the hearts of men.  Do not be taken by the ramblings of a mad man.  My brothers and sisters we are all safe.”

In finding this I stumbled upon another gem, Ethan Haas is an anagram (this is hinted at with the last puzzle) for Satan-ahhe.  In Aramaic this is like saying the brother of Satan, which brings us back to the photo at 1-18-08.  This is another hint that the demon was placed there intentionally and not just an effect caused by the hair of the person on the left.

As for the photo being just one person I am not convinced either way.  I did some cutting and pasting on my computer to get a better look for myself.  I have posted the image I came up with below, so you can make the call for yourself.
